An upright, deciduous tree that becomes more rounded as it grows, Acer Autumn Red is great for autumn colour in landscaping, street planting and large gardens. Acer Autumn Red's leaves stay green longer than other varieties, but it's seasonal display is worth the wait, turning bright orange to deep crimson in late autumn. Acer Autumn Red requires very little maintenance once established. Plant in full sun to part shade, water well in dry weather. Deep, regular watering is preferred, mulch well.
