ORDERS

You are responsible to ensure your details and aspects are correct on your online orders and that the goods are suitable for your requirements.

Please select your products carefully as no exchange or refund will be issued for incorrectly ordered products.

Your orders will be considered binding as soon as Pot Plant Heaven Perth receives the order.

All orders are subject to availability and delivery accessibility.

If you have ordered a product that is out of stock, we will attempt to reorder the item and dispatch it to you as soon as the item becomes available. If the item is sold out or is no longer available, we will notify you and arrange a refund or replacement product.

We may accept or reject orders, at our absolute discretion.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that details, descriptions and prices and availability of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the information was uploaded to the website.

Information on the website may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order and we cannot guarantee that every item of your order will be provided.

DELIVERY

We are not able to deliver interstate or overseas, to homes under construction or having renovations or to work sites.

We cannot guarantee we will deliver on any particular day or time frame and any time of delivery of goods is an estimate only and not a contractual commitment.

Please be aware that if you are not home when the delivery arrives, our driver will still deliver the goods, which becomes the recipient's responsibility.

Once Goods are delivered you are taken to have accepted those Goods and will not allege that they or any of them are defective in any way or to any extent.

The delivery fee only covers some of the total cost of the delivery and will not be refunded for any reason.

Cancellation of a delivery date will incur a $49.95 fee and must be paid before a new delivery day is scheduled.

Delivery and organization of orders usually take between 7 – 14 working days; however extreme weather conditions, Act of God and issues due to Covid may affect this time frame.

We reserve the right to make partial delivery of your order where necessary and will refund the cost of items not delivered.

NB Curbside deliveries only - The driver will lower the goods to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway, usually near the letterbox

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
