The Silver Princess or Gungarru (Eucalyptus caesia 'Silver Princess’) is a small tree native to the Wheatbelt of WA but has become very rare in the wild. The branches, leaves, flower buds and fruit are silvery-white, giving it the name Silver Princess. The foliage is silvery-green with large red-pink or sometimes white flowers which are a food source to native birds.
This water-wise plant is suitable in any garden or landscape and is widely grown as an ornamental tree.
