Metrosideros Cream Ridge is a hardy trunked shrub or small tree that forms glossy green foliage, with rich, creamy white margins. During spring and summer, Metrosideros Cream Ridge blooms spectacular crimson pincushion flowers that are made up of fluffy stamens. This is an excellent shrub for bird lovers. Metrosideros Cream Ridge is ideal for hedging or screening as the foliage is incredibly dense. Metrosideros Cream Ridge will thrive in a sunny position with moist well drained soils. Once established this variety will tolerate coastal conditions. Metrosideros Cream Ridge is waterwise and relatively low maintenance. Water well until established and throughout hot, drier periods.
